Beyond one voice.

You do not have to choose between two extremes. You can explore nuance, contrast and flexibility.

Voice training for nonbinary and genderfluid people and anyone who does not want their voice to follow a binary model.

GA / VO / T06 — 09
Voice. Identity. In motion.

The freedom to change direction.

A voice does not need to be recognized as masculine or feminine to be meaningful. There is no single nonbinary sound that fits everyone; your relationship with the voice matters.

We may work with lighter or heavier qualities, varied resonance, registers, intonation and communication style. Sometimes the aim is a preferred quality; sometimes it is the freedom to shift across contexts.

The process is an exploratory space, not a test to pass. Categories help describe perception; they should not dictate how your voice must sound.
